"The beds were comfortable, the rooms were not dirty and it was nice to not have carpet (we were on floor 1). The front staff were extremely kind and helpful. However, the bedding was thin, the mini fridge was loud, and I hadn’t realized that the alarm clock was set for 5 am! Overall, not a bad room but I will not be booking here again. "

"fabulous. once the construction to the new water services are complete it will be amazing. the current grotto is a bit small and the hot tub quite grungy. the house with the gym is really good. fiod is beyond delicious"

"Chose this hotel to spend a night in the city for my daughters birthday. They really wanted to stay with a pool and hot tub. After arriving at the property we realized that the hot tub as featured on Expedia no longer existed. This was very disappointing as that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very nice but when I called for an extra bath towel as we had 5 in a room and they only stock 4 towels, the staff who answered wasnt the nicest. Breakfast...

"We stayed while in town for hockey and the staff were absolutely amazing! went above and beyond to help and accommodate in any way they could! rooms were so spacious and spotless! We have stayed in MANY different places over the year for hockey and this was by far the best one we’ve ever stayed at. 12/10 review from us!"
