"This is the 5th time we have stayed at the Highland Hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed dinner as the food was excellent. This stay we managed to get a tour of the observatory. Excellent veiws over the city of Stirling. "

"Nice hotel good location easy to get a bus to city centre breakfast was good we eat dinner one night it was ok my wife had dinner there before and said it was better before drinks at the bar a little bit expensive but it is a hotel i ordered half pint of lager shandy for my wife it was just under £5 for the drink this is taking the piss a bit but overall stay was good ew will stay there again "

"Good, its a 30 minute walk into Stirling. Room was warm, clean, and comfortable."

"The hotel staff were really nice and friendly. The food was lovely and reasonably priced The leisure facilities was clean and fairly modern. Only down side was the noise in the room, I was on a ground floor room and could clearly hear the occupants above with someone obviously leaving early I would suggest requesting an upstairs room if you can. "

"Had a nice relaxing break, the grounds are beautiful with a really nice waterfall. Used the gym but didnt manage to fit in the spa facilities although they looked really nice. will definitely be back."
