"There were what looked to be blood stains on the sheets. Also found some hair that was not ours on the sheets when we arrived. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Staff was very nice though!"

"The beds are too high off the floor. I'm 5'7" and struggled just setting on the edge and even more trying to lie down. Do not have anough accessible rooms. Not all rooms have to include acwalk in shower. Just having the low tub sides and grab bats plus grab bars by the commode would make a room so much more accessible to someone who needs "some" help but doesn't require full ADA. "
