"Stayed here before, chose it for proximity to friends/family in Dutchess Co, proximity to major highways, restaurants, attractions, etc. I like that the rooms are in separate bungalows with doors opening to outside, giving them an "apartment" rather than hotel feel. Upper units are accessible by stairs only, no good for folks w/disabilities. King bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, high-end bed linens. The AC/heat unit is a bit noisy, but works well. "This is a gem in the Berkshires! It is quaint yet cool. We stayed in winter, so nearby attractions were limited for non-skiers but I'd go again for the heated pool, pub, great rooms and wonderful staff!"
