The check-in process was flawless starting with the email to pre check-in and concluding with our early arrival at the front desk where the staff took care of us quickly and efficiently which was appreciated since we had just flown in from Canada and were very tired. The rooms were clean, efficient and as described - closer to a dormitory room than a high end traditional hotel room - which was fine as we were only there for the one night prior to getting on to a cruise. "Very good 1 night's stay in Salisbury on a Saturday night in March. It was the second time i had stayed at Sarum College, but the first time as a couple and in the large double en suite rooms. Very pleased with the size of the room, quality of the en suite bathroom and the cathedral view - towering over the inner courtyard. Very good cuoice at breakfast, good quality sausages in the cooked breakfast options and nice croissants. Would come again."

"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "
