"We had a fantastic stay at the property over New Year. The house was clean, comfortable and lots to do. The host was extremely helpful and made the check in process easy, The location was great, only a 10 minute walk in Swanage, you do have to walk up a hill to get back to the house, which wasn’t an issue for us "

"I booked this property 5 months ago and on the day of arrival, the host told me we would be staying in a completely different property to the one booked due to a ‘double booking’. I felt this could have been communicated to me at the time of booking and not on the day I was due to arrive so alternative accommodation could’ve been sorted. I’m really disappointed and this experience has spoiled what should have been a relaxing weekend away with friends."
