"This property was so great for a relatively wild group! The rules sound scary but I promise they aren’t bad. There is a noise restriction but it is a reasonable level and this is coming from a group of people who whisper at a normal persons yell (haha). The place was so clean and organized and super easy to get to the strip. Linda was great! Check in requires you to meet up with the property manager and then follow her to the location but it’s fine because she’s great. Pool cleaners did come by...

The back pool and patio area was so awesome we took time to use it even in the cool weather during our stay. And finally, communication with the hosts could not have been better. "

You do hear some airplane noise from the LV airport but it’s not loud and you don’t really notice it at night. The outside of the house needs a little maintenance but inside is nice.
