"The TV screen had my name on it welcoming me to the hotel. The staff at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The breakfast had a decent selection of food. The room was really clean and they have a big parking lot with easy to find parking. "

"Hotel was nice, room was clean, beds weren’t very comfortable, our shower was in desperate need of repair. The shower head was broke and unless you had it turned all the way towards the way it sprayed water all over the entire bathroom. It made it difficult to shower this way. Location wasn’t far from things but nothing was right near it either. For the price it wasn’t a pretty nice hotel."

"A straightforward, no frills, nice place to stay. The front desk and valet personnel were friendly and efficient. It's a bit distant from the convention center but if you have your walking shoes, you get some exercise. Dining options very close are limited. If you're willing to walk several blocks, the options increase."

"the service and atmosphere was friendly & caring. I have arrived earlier than expected and check in wasn't till 3pm. the front desk was kind and very helpful and even allowed me to check in early. This hotel is very very clean and not very far from downtown Pittsburgh Made the commute very easy. I loved the packed breakfast they had as it was nice to bring on the Bus home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will plan future stays.."

"Very nice clean hotel. One of the nicer ones in the monroeville area. Will plan on staying here during our next weekend in monroeville. My only con about staying here, was the amount of noise we experienced. Granted our room was just pff of the lobby, so some extra noise is to be expected. However, the hotel is just off of the road so we heard several ambulances with sirens and a lot of road noise throughout the night while we were trying to sleep. Probably not a great hotel for light sleepers....
