"Positive: Conveniently close (we hauled our luggage) to the Trenitalia station that connects to Trieste (cruise ship port). A variety of small restaurants within walking distance in case you have a late flight arrival. Negative: you climb stairs from the street level to the lobby level. From the lobby, there are more levels to climb to your room. No elevator, in case you are hauling your luggage yourself."

A little quirky, but that's the fun part! The staff was so kind and helpful, they called 3 restaurants to get me a reservation on my first night in.
