"Impressively poor in so many ways. We only took it as a last resort, and you should have the same approach. Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously broken steps to rear balcony/patio, which was too overgrown to use anyway. See photo. Basically this is a dormitory-style place for young foolish skiiers and not much else."

"Do not book this place - Specialy if a family with kids. Apartment was dirty. Blankets not washed. Mattresses with dirty spots. Old building with no insulation which allows you to hear everything the neighbours are doing. The furnitures is old and some of it broken. TV is missing the power cable. No wifi unless you pay. "On this plus side, this was a small hotel situated on a quiet side street is a quaint little town. This is a great area to be in with lots of outdoor recreation and beautiful scenery. Less positive was the service. Perhaps because of the small size, there was nobody on hand to check me in when I arrived, and on checkout, I had to ask around to finally get someone to help. My room was very small, but I had gone for the lest expensive option so can't fault them too much for that."

"Very cluttered and dusty. Have allergies so a nightmare. No hot water despite asking twice. Towels old and frayed and asked for replacement. Such a shame as was supposed to be a treat after working on campsite for 7 months but no hot bath and beds squashed against the wall. Regret the money spent on a treat that actually wasn’t. The food in the restaurant was very good."

"We booked this hotel because it had a nice pool and stunning views of the Pyrenees. The day we arrived it was raining and so the outdoor pool was closed. We were not allowed to use the indoor pool which seemed to be reserved for spa customers. Despite this, the food was fabulous and the staff very courteous."
