"Excellent rates and a clean room. Beds are a little hard but that's a preference thing. Staff was very friendly and offered excellent advice on local places to eat. Will definitely stay again if one is available. "

"My stay was fine. I was assigned an accessible suite which I would decline if I stayed again. They did not have an ottoman or coffee table, which I understand why. I made it difficult to use the couch with a snack or beverage. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and kind. I felt well cared for while traveling alone. "

"The smoke detector was not in working order. Only part of it was on the wall with wires hanging out of it. The pool was closed for what reason I don't know. Disappointing as we were planning to swim while we were there. It was quite noisy there. You could hear people outside the room talking at all hours and clomping down the outside stairwell. It was quite warm in the room and if you tried to cool it down, the unit would blow directly on the bed causing a major draft on your body. There was...

"We were originally booked 10 days, but came back and stayed an extra night. Our first room had ants in the bathroom. Like a lot. They were coming up from the floor. After 3 days of no help, we bought some tape and taped over the hole. Other than that the stay was perfect. When we originally checked in we were told there was no elevator access so we got a new room without any problems. Excellent location. Really yummy diner attached. "

"Overall the stay was great. One suggestion: please offer some more fruit options at breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights and the only fruit offered every morning was apples. Apples are great but not everyone eats those, so maybe have some bananas or oranges?"
