This place was really nice and cute! The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was here towards the end of October. Super cute town. The staff provided great recommendations. They’re are located very close to the downtown. I parked my car, checked in and took a walk. I would come back again.

There wasn’t a fan in the bathroom-so the bedroom was always humid. Also, there wasn’t a door on the shower so the floor got soaked every time we showered.

We enjoyed our stay and the room upgrade they gave my husband and I! We celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary on 9/30! The staff was very nice and helpful. And the proximity to the Exeter center was within walking distance which was a plus!!!! Thank you Exeter Inn!!!!

I loved the historic buildings in the area. Beautiful. Loved the historic Inn. I had dinner and brunch in onsite restaurant, Epoch - both were great. My only issue is [for any and all that do this] I feel that any required resort fee should be part of the base fee, unless it is optional. I knew when I booked, but I believe it is playing with numbers.

The breakfast offering was great. Room was nice and beautiful grounds. We arrive late at. Night. We didn’t realize we were on the corner of the busiest street in town.!85 was loud and busy all night and morning!

The stay would be fine if I was visiting someone in college, but for a travler they had no amendies wewanted, plus we was hit withanothwr fwe for the ammeditiws we had no use of using. No microwave, no refrigerator, breakfast was disappointing. They wantwd you to buy breakfast in rheir restrauat. Wouldnor choose to stay thwre again, not great for the money.

Upon a late-ish arrival our receptionist was friendly and welcoming, thorough in her overview of the inn and our options for dinner and varied services. Bed was very comfortable, climate controls worked well, all parts of the room were in order and perfectly clean. Bathroom was among the nicest of any inn we have stayed in. My wife and I would happily stay here again!

Location was the only positive. When we arrived there was noone at the front desk, despite our calling to say we were arriving late (at midnight). The whole hotel is very dingy, chipping paint, dirty walls and carpet, poor lighting. We put our bags on the floor in front of the air conditioner and it leaked and drenched all of our belongings and a computer overnight. Will not stay there again until it has been renovated.

The Inn is in the center of the historic district with centuries old homes that are in pristine condition.I wish I would have had more time to walk around.The Inn fits right in with that.
