"Every staff person that I interacted with was very friendly and the property looks great. However, I was very disappointed when my room was serviced, and It looks like there was no attention to detail. In fact, the housekeeper changed out all of my towels but one of them was discolored and looked used. Then they failed to clean my shower and left soap residue near the drain. Other than that, the room was nice, but that lack of diligence and cleaning my room made my last couple days...

"The only issues that I had with my room (419) is that the water from the shower leaked out to the outside of the bathroom. Also needs to be a little more detail to dusting. And the bulb in the lamp on the side of the bed kept flashing. Besides that the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I've stayed here before a few years ago when I was in town & was pleased with my stay so this is why I chose to stay here again. Staff was very nice. I'll be staying here again next month. "

"The room was great, clean and big enough for two. Plenty of towels for two nights. Breakfast left something to be desired, not super tasty or many choices. Stuck to cereal after trying eggs and sausage. Pool out back was "closed for the season" which is fine, but the water was green, kinda smelly and full of trash."
