"Generally, it's a great hotel. Unfortunately, on the New Years Eve night, the fire alarm went off at 3:30am, and everyone ended up in the lobby, so we had a bad night. I'm not blaming the hotel for this, but I think they could have done a bit more to compensate. All they gave me was a free drink coupon, when I was expecting like a voucher toward a future trip."

"Very good. Nice hotel, location in a smart area very quiet though the metro or tram seems to go underneath which is quite loud first and last thing at night. There’s a food hall just opposite with a range of options. Food options in the hotel only open until 9.30 and no room service option after that. Excellent views from the terrace on the 7th floor. "

"I like the no-frills approach of Citybox and the clever design of the rooms and bathrooms. The hotel is very handy for the main train station and city bus and tram links. Have stayed at the hotel before and will do so again if visiting Antwerp."

"A hotel that offers what for a hotel it's core business is: a friendly staaf, comfortable and clean room and a good bed. The facilities are very limited and conveniently located in the centre of Antwerp in the very neighbourhood of the Central station, the environment is quite dirty. "
