"The stay at the Hotel 81 Palace was very nice, it was definitely recently renovated and I enjoyed the evenings in a comfortable, decently sized room. I would say that the area around the hotel was... not what you'd think of when you think Singapore. But it's also a lot cheaper, and food/transportation options were more than good enough. I would say definitely take a cab to/from the hotel on arrival/departure because it's not super easy to get you and your luggage to the airport. "

There are no facilities for dining at the premises and the area near the property is not in a tourist area so the dining is typical local cuisine. "I recently stayed at ST Signature Tanjong Pagar and had a fantastic experience! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transport. Maxwell hawker and Chinatown complex hawker are 5mins -10mins walk away and plenty of Korean restaurants aswell.
