Passing by the corridor there appear to be rooms that were better prepared. Also, it was difficult to sleep some nights due to noise outside in the area and hearing a shower running from another room. Overall, it was an average experience. "

"At my request my room was on a low floor because I knew in advance that there wasn’t an elevator. This made my stay much more comfortable. The hotel is a 25 minute walk (almost completely flat) to the historic area. Very convenient location. "

"This place starts on the 2nd floor although the front desk (check-in) is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator.. Breakfast is the best I had in Italy for a hotel, customer service was great. It is obvious to me that that this hotel is trying to deliver great customer service, they had a kitchen in which you could go get hot water, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.. for free 24 x 7.
