"I was at the property the day before the rental. No one was there at the front desk. I came back 2 more times and still no one was there. I called the hotel several times and no one answers the phone. WHY? Is this a hotel? This has never happened when I booked with expedia! I was very nervous if the next day when I checked in, the same thing happens so I booked another hotel (through expedia). I would like to have a full refund."

"The owner is very kind and helpful and has a lot of recommendations for the area. The rooms are VERY spacious and the washrooms are clean. There’s a little kitchenette you can use and a fridge. Theres tons of restaurants, stores and markets nearby. Walking distance from the MRT which is perfect. One of the most welcoming hostels I’ve been in a while."
