"It was pretty clean..the only thing I could complain about is the parking lol..it was filled with water and ice and with me breaking my back,it wasn't good for me,I almost fell so many times and twisted my back real bad and made me be in so much more pain than needed and was awake all night.. please take care of the problem so that other people do not have same problem. "I had to pull off the road because of snow so I was delighted when the closest place to stay was really nice, clean, and the girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I only knocked a start off because my kids and I were ready to grab something from the Continental breakfast before hitting the road... But there was nothing. Maybe staff was held up because of the snow, but I was still thoroughly disappointed and ended up spending a bunch of money for breakfast at McDonald's. Overall, great...

"Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. We wanted air conditioning for a night and a tv to watch with children’s shows. We found Simpsons on FX and PBS Kids before bedtime were great! The place was a motel style with private entrance which we appreciated for an easy commute to our vehicle and other guests were quiet. It was the middle of the week. "My daughter, son, and I stayed for 4 nights while we were visiting the area for hunting. The place was plenty large enough, clean, warm, and nicely furnished. The kids and I also enjoyed the large selection of board games. We look forward to staying here again in the future. "

"Overall, very happy with our stay here - Wife and I spent three nights with our elementary school aged boys. Cabin was clean, comfortable, well cared for, and nicely appointed. Cozy atmosphere for sure. Well kept grounds - boys enjoyed playing outside in the field and down by the stream, as well as by the fire pit at night. Host was very responsive to any questions. We will certainly stay here again next time our travels take us to this area of the state. "
