"Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. We wanted air conditioning for a night and a tv to watch with children’s shows. We found Simpsons on FX and PBS Kids before bedtime were great! The place was a motel style with private entrance which we appreciated for an easy commute to our vehicle and other guests were quiet. It was the middle of the week. "Overall, very happy with our stay here - Wife and I spent three nights with our elementary school aged boys. Cabin was clean, comfortable, well cared for, and nicely appointed. Cozy atmosphere for sure. Well kept grounds - boys enjoyed playing outside in the field and down by the stream, as well as by the fire pit at night. Host was very responsive to any questions. We will certainly stay here again next time our travels take us to this area of the state. "
