"Room is big and clean, just toilet too small for our room at 8th floor. Hotel is renovating, hope will have a bigger toilet in future. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread is good. No chance to try the onsen, hope will have a chance in future."

"Beautiful property and facilities with high-end finishes and design. Excellent food (breakfast) and good restaurants. Only downside is that there is no walkable "local" area to explore. The hotel is self-contained but isolated, and one needs to take the shuttle to Hirafu to be in town. That said, it was a wonderful place to ski in and out of, with fantastic service and amenities."

"This was a gorgeous place to be in the middle of Winter. The hotel is amazing and the surrounding nature and lake are breathtaking. Ee had a few things planned for the visit, but preferred just to stay in the hotel/resort"

"It seems like a hotel that also catered for long stays for temporary workers? E.g. ski instructors etc? There were some rooms with kitchen facilities for everyone to use at each level. The only issue we faced was the water from the bathroom was chalky (the one in the toilet and communal facilities were clear). We were not sure if its safe for consumption and the front desk could only advise us to let the water run for some time. Eventually, as we were with a 2.5 year old kid, we simply relied...

"Perfect Family Getaway at AYA Niseko ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family of four, including two energetic kids (9 and 6), had an amazing stay at AYA Niseko during the low season. While many places in the surrounding area were closed, we actually loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It gave us a chance to fully enjoy the tranquility of the area and take in the beautiful natural surroundings. We spent a lot of time walking and hiking up the mountains, which was a fun and adventurous way to keep the kids...

"A really pleasant hotel close to lake Toya. The traditional Japanese room was excellent to experience and the onsen with its both indoor and outdoor baths were phenomenal. There were other amenities such as free bike rentals to take advantage of. The breakfast buffet offered here was superb and there were a few options for restaurants in the area to walk to in the evenings."

"Staff was really helpful to check and advise on JR train information even it is not their responsibilities. The hot spring was very well maintain and comfortable to use. Dinner and breakfast buffet variety is very good. The lake view is perfect also !! "

"We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe! "

"Nice clean stay, nice onsen, friendly staff and 2 min drive to Annupuri base. "

"Hotel room was clean but small. The staff was nice but not very helpful with transportation arrangements. There is not much around the hotel so the only way to move is in the resort shuttle. "

"Mixed feeling when read reviews, turn out is a good stay, adequate room size, dinner & breakfast are Japanese sets, not bad ! Can view fireworks from room window, take bath in onsen at level one, toilet in the room. Staffs are friendly."
