"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"I booked this property because of all the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. A small run family guest house. It only has 5 rooms. I stayed 3 nights and was the only guest. "Großes Zimmer, mit gutem Bad, außer dass der Abfluss nicht so richtig funktionierte. Nach dem Duschen stand fast das gesamte Bad unter Wasser. Ist aber dann recht schnell trocken geworden. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberfamilie, vor allem die Oma (?) des Hauses. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Schöner, kleiner Pool, mit ein paar Liegemöglichkeiten. "My family and I booked three rooms at Furra and had a wonderful stay! The rooms were recently renovated and are very clean. The restaurant downstairs had excellent food and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Furra if you're visiting Gjirokaster! The street can get loud at night but if you're there to vacation and enjoy festivities, you'll be in the crowd anyway. "
