"Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean. The live plants are a nice touch. Breakfast had good options. Only item i would make a change too is the hot breakfast items eliminate the powdered eggs."

"Check in was horrible. Nobody at front desk. Supposed to ring bell and look into a camera. Did that for over 15 min, as well as called a customer service phone number. Parking lot had not been plowed after PA received about 6" of snow. Good thing I had a 4-wheel drive vehicle, which I needed."
