"The Tru hotel is ultra modern, but lacked a swimming pool, a room safe, and a bar/restaurant. They did have games, including a pool table in the lobby. They did have items you could purchase around the desk, but they were very expensive. A 20 ounce bottle of Coke was four dollars. We ended up driving to Walmart to get our stuff. Not much around the area, other than a ballpark, which is out of season right now. There is a Costco down the road and some other shopping. Our sink didn’t drain very...

"Please do your research before staying here. We literally had to leave 10 minutes after arriving from a 9 hour drive. The entire place stinks to high heaven. Not clean! We found mold in our room and cheese stains (like Cheeto's) on the comforter. Our king bed was lop sided..?😳 Thank goodness we were able to get another hotel! "

"Friendly staff, older style rooms (loved the character), and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars uptown. Only suggestion would be to have coffee in common area available for guests. Never been a fan of using coffee pots in rooms, for many reasons. Will stay here again. "
