"Old hotel lacked the normal conveniences, like phone, bedroom dresser, handwash soap. Suite with kitchenette lacked cookware & utensils. When asked if we wanted these in the room, we said yes, but had to ask again after checking in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is great for shopping and dining downtown. "

"When I booked this hotel I saw the rooms but when we check in the room we got was so old. This hotel is old and tired, very dark and gloomy. We were given an old room (not the newly removed ones). There were alot of construction workers who were staying there so at 4:00 when they were getting ready for work we were woken up with slamming of the doors. There is zero sound proofing between the walls I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. If we hadn’t pre-paid we would have gone elsewhere."
