"This hotel was an amazing find. The staff told us it was over a year old but it looked brand new. Excellent service, so clean and the design was beautiful. Perfect spacious room, good facilities (coffee maker, toiletries, fridge) and a nice bed. Excellent views, and the rooftop terrace and gym were incredible. Lovely and quiet despite being opposite fast food and the main road. Nice bar and patio area too."

"When I checked in the first room they have me hadn’t been cleaned yet but as soon as I told them they gave me a different room with no issues so no complaints. The room was small, but clean and a nice view of the river. Lots of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Good value for money and would stay there again"

"Quando arrivate assicuratevi di avere con voi sapone per le mani perché non è’ fornito ed anche la carta igienica era già iniziata e meno di mezzo rotolo . Questo lo trovo assolutamente una nota negativa , arrivi tardi in camera vuoi farti una doccia e neanche un goccio di sapone . Altra cosa c’era un cattivo odore di aceto in camera che forse era dovuto alla pulizia , ma forse sarebbe stato meglio usare un altro profumo .."

"A beautiful family friendly location with something for all of us to do. Only disappointed that we arrived after the reception closed and didn’t know that towels for the bathroom had to be rented for extra cost from the reception. "The property was located in the centre of all the restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the caves for the Christmas market which was a convenient location. The Hotel itself had a large restaurant. There is no lift and a very steep staircase to the rooms. Our room had a faulty lock so each time we tried to go out it took several minutes for the lock to catch. We did advise a member of staff but they did not do anything about it. The Television did not work and although a member of staff...
