"This is by far my favourite stay in Antwerp but I’m afraid that a@o will ruin it by making nearly all the single rooms into multi person rooms as they are prone to do. If so, I will never stay here again and will avoid a@o altogether! "

"You’re getting for what you pay for but in a good way. It’s clean enough (there were some brown stains on the wall in the bathroom but they seemed permanent,) the towels were thin and small, you can easily buy water and/or other beverages (beer/wine too) at the front desk. The bed wasn’t super comfortable but it really wasn’t bad. We stayed three nights and I would stay again. The staff is young but friendly and helpful. "Landing lights constantly flashing = electrical fault. Light above bed missing with wires hanging down in terminal blocks not taped up. Bathroom window rusty and paint missing around window frame. Dust on top of several things in the bathroom. Convenient for station and comfy bed is all I can say that is good about the place. Just like a cheap Belgian hotel in the 80s, but it wasn’t cheap!"
