"Was really a great stay ❤️"

"Hotel was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. Hot breakfast was served everyday. Great view of the city. The only bad thing was their system was down when I arrived. It made checking in a bit more cumbersome than it should have been.I needed staff to open my room for me. No wifi, and I had an important Zoom meeting that evening. It made for a stressful few hours, but everything was working normally in time for my meeting. The front desk was professional through it all. I'm sure they were stressed...

"Not comfort with surrounding activities of property. Street people with signs begging for food right outside front street to. Building. Across street at intersection street people begging again. So disheartening, not sure what else out there either."

The "breakfast" was nutrigrain bars, small muffins, and hot water to make instant coffee, hot chocolate, and oatmeal. Not much of a breakfast. Based on the clientele I saw around the property, it must be a very affordable place to stay long term."

"The staff were very kind and friendly upon our arrival and throughout our stay. The breakfast in the morning was typical for any hotel. The disappointing part was the housekeeping, no cleaning was done throughout our 4 day stay, considering the staffing shortages faced by every employer, understandable. Walking distance to several stores and restaurants which was convenient. "
