The sofa bed did not open and had to buy an extra room for a third guest which the management required a cash, no receipt payment. No hot water until I complained heavily. We hoped to have a nice few days in Teresopolis, but clearly chose the wrong place. Even the WiFi wouldn’t work. I must say one good thing, the housekeeping woman was exceptional but...
