"The hotel is very simple. The room is quite small and the bathroom is very outdated. In the other hand the staff was always very attentive and kind. The hotel is very well located. I enjoyed the local food options on the included breakfast. "

"Péssimo. O hotel era sujo, cheirava mofo, tinha um tijolo no lugar do pé da cama do meu filho. Fui tomar banho e não tinha toalhas de banho. Nunca imaginei que um hotel em frente ao Beto Carreiro pudesse ser tão ruim. E ainda quando fui questionar o mau cheiro com o atendente do hotel, o mesmo disse que as janelas dos quartos ficavam fechadas para não entrar mosquitos. Foi o pior hotel que fiquei em toda a minha vida! Não recomendo para ninguém."

I use a mobility scooter to get around and to go eat the free breakfast It had to be brought to me.. there were no ways to make it to reception without walking down a flight of stairs… no accessible bathroom… there was a stepover to the larger size bedroom .
