It had a little trouble finding my name but I guess it wanted my full name (first and last) typed in to find it. We stayed in a western style room with bunk beds. "It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Despite being a single traveller, all services were impeccable, especially the breakfast and dinner service which is second to none. I was served the best meals during my 5 day stay. The hot springs were also very satisfying and I would definitely return."

"Room is spacious, with self contained kitchen. Close to supermarket and parking place. They kindly emailed to ask for arrival time to easy the check in procedure. This is a 4 storey building without elevator, but the staff is kindly to taking the luggage for us. Great stay."
