"The staff and the condition of the property was great. We were here because of an early flight out of NAP and the property is close. Found the property to be clean and more upscale than many small hotels in Naples. They arranged for our early car to the airport and it went smooth as silk despite people still out celebrating NYE at 3:30 AM! Great pizza place 2 doors down. We felt lucky to find this place."

Why was I put in a room on the noisy side of the hotel overlooking the road when the hotel was empty literally. "The hotel is in a brilliant location, the street is full of all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel is very clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is lovely, friendly and genuinely caring. It's value for money."

"Everyone at the Ascot was very friendly and helpful. There is one staff member who speaks perfect English and another who speaks French very well. The AC in the room worked well, and there was a good amount of food for a continental breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the place is near several restaurants. I would stay here again. "
