"It was very nice, great price vs competition. The reason I gave it 4 stars was the shower, hot water. It would fluctuate between correct water temp then all of a sudden get scalding hot without me changing anything myself. Then I would be forced to change, it would go ice cold, then scalding hot. Never back to optimum temp. "

"Travelled with friends for March Madness. Parking was safe and had enough stalls at night. There's a great Hawaiian/Filipino restaurant on the other side of the parking lot (Island Style BBQ). Location was 6 mins. from the Spokane Arena. Front and cleaning staff were friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Felt like a safe area."

"This is our second stay in 8 weeks. Breakfast was better this time around but the room wasn’t. The walk out bed was on, shared the room with laundry. Every night at 2 am we were woken up by the sound of the washing machine. Don’t stay in room 210 if you can help it. "
