The layout of the room was brilliant. Slightly smaller but smart. The customer service was exceptional. We needed maintenance and the man was very nice and qualified. Coming immediately. Food was great. Check in was easy and friendly. Beds comfortable. Mountain facing rooms were quieter than highway.

The good - new, clean, convenient, air conditioner worked great. The bad - you can hear every footstep from the room above you, the staff was given 7 hours notice to get us new towels for the second day of our stay but needed to be called again 7 hours later with another request.
