"How to start!! I wanted to take a hotel to take a break from traveling in an rv thought the panamerican, have a hot shower, some wifi to watch a movie and jump in a pool. The wifi didnt work inside or outside the room, the pool was disgustingly dirty with hair and oil, the outdoor shower wasn’t working either. The bathroom flooded so the floor was wet at all times. The hot shower didn’t work at all. The sink was on the toilet so it was gross to wash your teeth lining on the toilet and nowhere...

"The staff were all warm and friendly and helpful. It felt like being part of a small community. There was a peaceful or restful ambiance. Loved the free morning yoga classes and they were held in a beautiful space so conducive to this type of class. Also enjoyed the mid day water aerobics classes which had a sense of bonhommie with the guests/participants. Our room was spacious, comfortable and colourful. "Loved this place. Huge room, amazing terrace and away from the noise. The staff were also wonderful and there is a filtered water machine available which was appreciated. The downside of it being away from the noise is that you have to walk up a dirt track off the main road which I found a little intimidating at night as a solo female. Not to say it's a dodgy area, I think that's how most women feel walking in a non-lit isolated road! But it's only 5 or so minutes off the main road and I think...

"We chose this property because it was close to the ADO bus depot, had a 9.2 rating and it was cheap. The owner was friendly and accommodating. The room decor was quirky and almost retro (lots of old colorful Mexican tiles). We never used the pool. The bed was not very comfortable but for the price I can’t really complain too much. Location is hidden behind the Hotel Santa Fe down a rough patch of road. For the price, it’s probably an 8.5 out of 10. "
