"This was my first time staying at a Socialtel since Selina folded. The experience was exactly like Selina - other than the branding it was exactly the same. Value for the price was good. Room and bedding was comfortable. Hygiene products were provided in the bathroom. The common spaces (lounges, coworking space, rooftop) were all really nice. "

"The hotel has a unique vibe, a mixture of old as the original buildings is around 118 years old, but modern as the rooms are modern and the restaurant is a pleasure to eat in. It is off the noisy Main Street and a short walk to the hot springs. Everything was in excellent condition and Paulo was super helpful in all areas. His English was great which helped us a lot."

"Room was clean. Not the best, not the worst place to stay in Guaranda. Customer service needs to be improved. I only stayed one night, for that, it served very well. Will book again if needed. my rate 6.5/10"

"Nice little place up the hill from the center. Good value for money, can’t top that. Hot water takes a minute to start but it’s there. The hill is steep but you could taxi it if you want. Front desk people were very kind and helpful. I wish they had a room with a kitchenette. Otherwise it was great. "
