Usually they would not allow someone to have their television in high volumes. But for the past 2 hours(630pm) today 4/26/2024 this had been the case. "El hotel está convenientemente ubicado a una cuadra y media del Gimnasio Británico (sede Prometric). El personal es amable y el desayuno estuvo bien. "Disgusting stay. The water went out during middle of showers, electricity went out taking out the WIFI. The family room consisted of 4 single beds all crammed into a small room. The covers were all stained with what appear like blood and during check out, they claimed we had stained them with orange juice demanding we pay $150,000 pesos for a dry clean. They are thieves. When asked about the check-in observation form which outlined any existing condition, they rejected the idea. DO NOT STAY...

"Made the reservation. Upon arrival the hotel was full and could not stay on it. Staff did not help, they just told us it was a problem with the system and to leave. Had to find a differet hotel at 9 pm on an area which looks unsafe."
