"My honest advice is DON’T STAY THERE. This place is a disaster by all means for the following reasons: 1-Rooms are extremely tight with no air conditioning in a very hot summer. 2-Sixteen rooms share only 2 toilet seats and 2 shower rooms. 3-toilet rooms are beyond disaster. There are pee drops on the rims and water flooding most of the time. 4-Showers are unprepared and offer nothing. "It was very hard to find (do NOT use Google maps - it will take you to the wrong location). Upon check in the receptionist charged my card again, even though I pre-paid through hotels.com I had booked an all female dorm but was placed in a mixed dorm. I didn't particularly care, but something to consider if that is important to you. The dorm beds are all open, so no room with doorways, but the hotel was pretty quiet. " Checkin process was easy. The staff nice and helpful. However they did not mention you have to manually heat the water for the showers so everyone had cold showers. There are a few small 'supermarkets' within walking distsnce to buy basic supplies (bottled water etc) and a few little restaurants also which was very convenient. The fridge in the room did not function well and did not cool well. Beds were a little hard, no mattress protectors on any of the beds. Area was noisy."

"Start with the pros: staff are amazing, will go out of their way. Location is amazing and unbeatable. Wifi is good and fast. Some cons: room didn't feel very clean - bed linen full of hairs. Hot water is only available for limited hours a day and even then, quite luke warm. "

"There are some really bad reviews of this property - and it's easy to see why. So, so many things required maintenance or fixing that are just left as they are. In our room alone there was a broken shower head, broken shower support thing, broken lock, and a couple other smaller things. But the positives outweigh the negatives. Great breakfast, great location, and super friendly service all made up for the few inconveniences in the room. Plus the view was spectacular!"
