"It was very hard to find (do NOT use Google maps - it will take you to the wrong location). Upon check in the receptionist charged my card again, even though I pre-paid through hotels.com I had booked an all female dorm but was placed in a mixed dorm. "I paid in full my reservation at the time of booking. When I got there the place had been shut down by the government, months earlier, as the neighbors let me know. Therefore, I obviously didn't receive the service I paid for. I had to find a last minute accommodation elsewhere. And, on top of that, Expedia tells me the manager refuses to reimburse my money. Unbelievable!"
