"The view from the hotel is very good, friendly staff. The problem is that it's quite complicated to get to the hotel, by car, there's just one narrow street one way, which is the closest, after climbing or going down some stairs. By foot there are several stairs, streets, alleys to go up to get to the hotel, which is extremely tiring, take it into consideration. There is a free parking near by but, they mentioned it was already full, another option is a space where you have to pay around...

"We found that even it's a new hotel, they are in the learning curve and there are some key point they need to pay attention. - The bed was not well done, the person in charge don't stretch the linen, she only covers it completely wrinkled with the top blanket. - The carpet was not vacuumed during the three days we were there - On the other hand no one is taking care of the plants they have, all of them are needing water daily."

"This is a perfect centrally located hotel! You can’t beat it’s position. It’s clean, it’s very beautiful, it’s what you would expect when staying in Guanajuato. With that being said, our bed was very small, I think it was a full, and very hard. I would’ve also liked better pillows. They were hard too. Also, it had very bad lighting, which makes it hard when applying your makeup. I would definitely stay here again though. "

"Excellent location within Guanajuato. The room itself was very spacious with a gorgeous view of the city from the balcony. There is no elevator, so carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs was a bit of a hassle. The staff is courteous and helped with tour reservations and to get taxis. There is no in room coffee service provided, and we were given two 350ml bottles of water, so it was a bit of a hassle having to go get coffee and water whenever we needed it.
