The bathroom was filthy, mould all around the edges, brown splats up the door. Door was falling apart at the bottom. It was 25° when we stayed and the aircon wasn’t working. "Well, the condition and cleanliness and service were good. You have to ask for everything like iron and hair drier. Asked for bed sheet because I was too hot with comforter and they couldn’t help me."

"Hotel is located on the outskirts of this small mountain village, but the centre is easily accessible. Also located close to Thermal Park (including playground) and baths. Room was clean, with a decently sized bathroom and toilet. There is a convenient restaurant which offers good quality food at decent prices. Owners are very friendly and helpful."

"The manager whilst seemingly polite was inattentive and did not check the room booked was available. Offered alternative room that was not suitable but we had no choice but to take it. I was offered a refund but it was not forthcoming and still hasn’t been received. "

"Do not arrive without a car. It is not far from the airport but there is no shuttle. Taxis come from Tarbes and charge 20 euros to come to hotel before taking you anywhere"
