"We stayed for one night on the way to Val Thorens ski resort. It's good, basic accommodation. A bit dated, and no frills but fine for a night. It's up a hill - so be prepared for lots of steps if you decide to walk into town for an evening meal!"

Only downside is no internet in any of the apartments which is very poor in this day and age. "Check in was so simple, staff were amazing and helpful at each interaction. The restaurant was busy with the Tour being in town but the staff were brilliant. Food was awesome too. Definitely worthy of more than a couple of stars. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel despite it being somewhat modest, lacking a proper lobby. However, the reception from and care by India, the property manager was exceptional. I was traveling alone and India made sure all was well with me and that I made myself familiar with everything. For a modest hotel in a pricey area this was truly comfortable and hospitable! "Overall very good. Father & son ski holiday. Pros Ski in and out excellent facility with excellent storage for ski gear - once you work out where to enter off the slope. Simple clean spacious if not dated decor. The flat has a nice layout and you can spend a week here comfortably & contrary to other reviews reception is very helpful (esp Anna) when its open. Cons Constant cigarette smoke come through the kitchen and bathroom vents. I had a blocked nose throughout, really unhappy that my 11 yrs...

"This is a property, that like the owners, is past its best. No buffet breakfast, its given to you on a plate. No self service coffee. Room decor is poor at best. Human hair on carpet tiles and skirting boards in room. Didnt bother staying for the second night."
