"I am very understanding of the fact that sometimes things might go wrong and I tend to ignore certain things that other customers may not out of understanding for the difficulties that staff face in running a property. With all of that said, this hotel is among the worst I have ever stayed in. The lobby smelled terrible upon check in, something resembling rotten tuna, their entire check in system is incredibly confusing and difficult if you arrive at the wrong time, the bathroom was dirty, and...

"A good accommodation for a 2 stars hotel. The bed has been horrible, the heating system switched off in the middle of our last night there. Staff fine, not very friendly but helpful when we requested something. For the money what we paid has been overall a good accommodation. "

"Mobile check in isn’t ideal but luckily their staff was on site and quickly helped. Room was what we needed and close to airport"

"It will be nice to inform customers about the process of checking in. Specially late night check in since there are no staff and doors are locked. Rude people you get on the phone can’t spend time to help you. Very scary place for a lady who first time visit the country and fo not know anything about the area. "

"I called the hotel and messaged them but no answer. Prior my reservation it was mentioned there is a shuttle but once arrived I had to took the taxi twice. The ro smell very bad due to humidity and the TV is toooo small the air inside the room was not confortable so I had to open the windows during all the night.... I do not recommend unless they propose a 30euro per night which is the right price for the rooms "

"Budget but better than some in the area. Cant complain at the competitive pricing. Rooms are not spacious but for a one night stay its ideal. Clean and shower is hot (although a tad small). Reception guy Calvin is excellent and does speak some English. Would happily stay again "

"After renovations, very good ! The personal here are all very nice, metro and bus are very near ! Don’t need air conditioner, close the window is quiet! We recommend!"

"Signage very bad. There were 2 buildings close to each other. Owned by the same hotel chain. Difficult to find the correct hotel. No information provided to help guests find the correct hotel. Difficult to find check in. Intercom voices were very helpful. Over complicated process to check in. I was sent an email with our room code but email didn’t arrive until about 1 hour after we needed it. Had to use intercom service again. Apart from the above the hotel was good value for the price. "
