"So my wife gifted me for my birthday at weekend at Gettysburg. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites at Gettysburg. This hotel is located right next to some Outlet stores. There is ample free parking. Checking in was very simple. I checked in in the evening and the front desk staff was very friendly. She told me where to park in order to get to my room easier. She reminded me that there was coffee and if it did not taste fresh that she would make me a fresh pot. Our room was a suite...

"Everything was great, we stayed for a total of 12 hours after skiing at Liberty Mountain. Very convenient and practical location right by downtown Gettysburg and a bunch of shops and restaurants. Only thing we didn't love was the shower making a noise when we got in (it was fine the next day) and no one at the desk for check out (had to wait about 10 minutes)"

"Second stay and will come back. Well-kept facility with great amenities. Super impressed with front desk staff. Antoinette, especially, is the epitome of kind and gracious. The breakfast situation is a little confusing and can cause guests some discomfort, as some learn for the first time that it's not included with all reservations."

"You can hear people talking in the room next door. Also, when someone takes shower the plumbing system gets very loud. Thus, you know when neighbors taking showers. But our room was decently clean, comfy and everything worked in the bathroom. Remote control from TV did not work and it was hard to set up proper temperature in the room."
