"The location was very good 👍 close to the EUROSTAR, the reception were accommodating and ensures safety of goods left in the luggage area 👍 the room was well equipped with tea, coffee, kettle 😀 and all the equipment to make you feel at home. "It met my expectations. It was clean and tidy. The room was small but it was manageable. The choose of lighting was a little bad but nothing too serious. The only bad thing was curtain on the window. It was a type- of a scroll curtain and it did not let me choose length. "

"Room was compact but clean. Biggest bug bear was the mattress was very hard and, together with only one unsupportive pillow, did not sleep well. There was also an add lingering smell, like someone who smoked was in the room previously. Shower room was clean but part of the shower pipe cover was missing"

"The only problem i had were the people next door on room 323 shouting screaming help, and disgusted language. This was at 2 in the morning, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. Shame these people were there then it would've been perfect. "

"The location was perfect! The bus station was a 5 minute walk away, parking garage opposite the hotel, the centre was within a 10 minute walk, we absolutely loved our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. Only negative was that the bathroom did have a not so nice smell from the shower, but we managed with the door closed. Would 100 percentage recommend and stay here again"

"Room was good and comfortable! I just didn’t like that you have to make your bed and put things together and take them off. Hello, that’s what are you paying for. Also no elevator and if you get the top floor like it happen to me is a lot of stairs."

"A brilliant stay with Hotel Ambrosia. I booked at short notice but nothing was too much for them. Very close to the Ypres main square. Free parking is only an 8-10 minutes walk away. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit. "

"Room was very small, making it virtually impossible to open a suitcase for a change of clothes. Air conditioning was via a portable unit, which had to vent into the corridor. This meant that to have anything like an acceptable temperature in the room, the door had to be left open all night. There is a glass partition between the shower/toilet and the beds, giving very little privacy. However close you are to your travelling companion, you are unlikely to want to be in such close and open...
