"This was a short, two night, stay. Check in was very simple, the room was exactly as described. We loved the homely atmosphere with a beautiful view over farmland. There was everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and most importantly, a very comfortable bed."

"Lovely new house with new carpet and floorings. Unfortunately the furniture wasn't new and the sofa was badly stained. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived and there were no dishwasher tablets. I contacted the management team but didn't get any response. The garage was full of various items so that we were unable to use it for the car. There were no instructions with regards to check out procedures. "Location was great, like 1~2 mins away from the closest seashore and we can see the sunset! Town centre is also in 1 min, which was good. Only what I wished is the Wi-Fi connection. Connection was good in the Lounge but not strong enough once getting in to the room. "

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful luxurious house overlooking the Waikato River. There was a safe swimming area in the river and a hot tub. The house was spacious, with all amenities inside and out bbq etc. inside outside stereo sounds , awesome tv viewing. All amenities provided and more just needed to turn up with bag clothes. Big enough for family or couple. Host with the mostest as well."
