"I had a comfy bed. Heating was easily controlled. Very basic accommodation but had good tea/ coffee facilities. Very small shower but adequate. Seemed to be a lovely popular pub in a lovely area and a footpath were you could go for a walk but I wasnt there long enough to enjoy any of these things. "Booked this stay as had an early flight at Gatwick the next morning. My journey getting there was very long but once I got there it was a pleasant stay. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. The room was clean, they provide towels, tea and coffee station and the bed was comfy too. I thought it was quite lovely and would likely stay there again "

"Perfectly comfortable stay for a budget price. I stayed on the top floor which had a lovely countryside view. The room faced the High Street and although the traffic noise wasnt a problem lorries/HGVs were noticeable. All the amenities you expect and need, the room was very clean, comfortable and warm. The shower wasnt very powerful and couldnt be fixed high enough to use without holding the head in my hand to shower - and the shower curtain rail fell down, so one or two niggles but it didnt...
