"One of the best hostels we have stayed in. We had a private room, which was large and we had plenty of room. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic, in the middle of the city centre. Unfortunately, it is an old building and sound travels around it. Our room was next to a door and we could hear it banging closed all night as others moved around the hostel. The hostel does supply free ear plugs, which helped somewhat. "Very friendly staff nice area "

"It had a very lively atmosphere. Staff was very amazing and friendly helped us find best local places for food. Night was the best part of this place as they organized Karaoke and chill night which made it easy to interact with people and have fun. Even though we were party of 5, making new connections is always fun. The room and toilets were very clean. If I visit Edinburgh again this would be my stay to place. "

"Was cheap and cheerful. Small bed but was fine for a night. Reception had free earplugs etc and lovely Staff. Would stay again Only bad part was the closest parking we could get was a 10 Min walk "

"This is an unsafe place to stay. Were advised to park our car within range of cctv. The door of our room had recently been broken into as the lock was badly replaced. Dirty linen on the bed . This is being polite . Very unreliable person managing the property. Avoid at all costs"

"Perfect place to stay while visiting Edinburgh. Round the corner from several bus stops and the train station. Next to a supermarket. Several food options nearby. Breakfast was brilliant. The ensuite room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. "
