"Ok room upgrade as work being done. Had to clean hot tub before we could use"

"When we checked in there were 3 gals at the reception desk, 2 to check us in and 1 was counting money, why was that being done at the desk? If there was a discrepancy in the cash, shouldn’t the person who’s drawer had an issue and the accountant step into an office and count the money away from guests, not to mention the receptionist was very unpleasant both times we met her. Customer service seems lacking."

"This is a very clean but old hotel - the mattress is on a metal platform, the sheets are clean but crisp. If you are a light sleeper spend an extra $50 and go to a Marriott. If you need a cheap room and understand what you get for that this is your place. Staff was nice, shuttle was prompt after a call, and everything is very clean. "

"It works well as somewhere to stay a few nights. No frills but no surprises there. My one piece of advice is to make sure that you lock your car at all times. I lost a camera and I'm sure it's when I just went to check on my laundry. Seconds at most."
