"We found the property clean but lacking, certainly not "Superb". The decor was sparse e.g. bare light bulbs. Negatives Bathroom: no mirror, no towel rails, only one hand towel in the property for three. Above the south bank of the Tees Racing section The footpath from Eggleston bridge to Romaldkirk climbs above the steep and wooded south bank of the Tees, with no view of the river, which is quite isolated at this point (avoiding conflict between canoeists and anglers). The wall, in an area dominated by sandstone dry walls, is, rather incongruously, built of breeze blocks.
