"The check in process was arduous at best. There was a line of people trying to use the check in machine and apparently it wasn't working properly. It made for a very extensive wait time and for that reason, we probably won't return. "

"Love the location, the customer service and the added amenities. All the staff was very friendly from the front desk to the house keepers. Only one thing disturbed our visit and that wa the smell of what we think was sulfur/sewage in the hallways. Possibly because Denver just had a bunch of snow and then a 50 degree warm up…maybe the sewers were a little overwhelmed? Thankfully it didn’t affect the rooms just a bit unpleasant in the hallways. Overall a great stay and would stay again. "
