"The property was located in the box shop suburbs of Arles, a distance away from the centre of town. Transport was limited, and the surroundings were dirty and run down. The hotel itself was average and the room was hot. The positive side was that the staff were all warm and friendly and very helpful. "

"The hotel is well situated to Arles, yet quiet and quaint. The pool and sitting area offered comfortable opportunity for outside relaxation. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is pleasant, well attended, with a superb chef, offering excellent 3 course dinners. Our stay was most enjoyable and we recommend it for those who are tired of crowded downtown or chain hotels."

"The property is great because it is on the edge of the beautiful and historic town of Arles but set in a very quiiet location to relax after a day of seeing the sights or walking in the Camargue. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating and the outside areas of the property are excellent. The breakfast is amazingly good too!"

"Situated in the small village of Albaron this is both a small hotel and a restaurant and is good at both. Ideally situated on the edge of the Camargue the rooms are vey modern with all you could ask for in a small hotel. On top of that the food in the restaurant was excellent with a decent choice especially if you like seafood and it was good value."

"We didn't end up staying because the property closed early and couldn't check us in. It was advertised as closing at 9 PM but on the day of the reservation, with 2 minutes of warning, the property told us they were closed at 8. We got there at 8:30 and no one was around, so we were stranded. We ended up getting another hotel that night, and the property refused to grant any partial refund (under the no-show clause) despite violating the conditions of the booking."

"We missed the last check in time when we realized the reception is locked and closed, but there had been no calls or emails sent to us telling us that we will miss check in!! I mean I could have got loss on the way or missed a flight or train. This is horrible. "

"We found this hotel charming, clean and to be a lovely surprise located in the hear of Arles. I would certainly recommend it, and I would stay there again. The decor was art deco, our room was very clean and spacious. I don't like tiny rooms and ours even had a nice rack to hang up our clothes. We would certainly stay there again. "
